Embrace the Art of Living and Dying with Samsara Yoga
Presented by Stephen Winters, Katherine Winters and Daniel Scott
Any human that has ever lived has had their experiences within the boundaries of living and dying. These two impermeable truths unite us all regardless of wealth, skin color, sexual preference, religious beliefs, political views or the countless other frames of comparison that divide us from each other. Samsara Yoga training provided by White Wolf Wellness Foundation embraces these truths as an essential component of our approach to every aspect of wellness, consciousness and human interaction.
Inherently, we are all more alike than we are different, and that is why wellness, movement and meditative practices are a safe, effective way to sustain yourself, and to support a community. When individually we are healthy, vibrant, curious, passionate about life... the society thrives. We have studied and developed practices that are safe and effective ways to find balance if you’ve lost it, to maintain that balance once you find it, and to possibly reach a little further without falling out of balance if there is something you need - just out of your grasp.
The Samsara Yoga method is a journey into yourself, through yourself and to yourself. Our practice is a blend of Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama/Breath Work, Joint Mobility, Mindful Movement, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Therapy, with other proven influences and perspectives integrated into the pedagogy of “The Art of Living and Dying”.
As beings and yoga instructors, we are continually connecting, growing, and learning (as any teacher should) and hope to share a living and evolving practice that grows and adapts alongside your needs as a practitioner and potential Registered Yoga Teacher.
Remember that attending a ‘Teacher Training’ does not make a teacher.... that providing meaningful and mindful yoga teaching does. “The Art of Living and Dying” and the Samsara Yoga Method is a practice for everyday people with everyday struggles: it’s never about Instagram yoga poses, power yoga or sex appeal. It’s about exploring something deeper within yourself.
Liberate your practice in the most insightful of ways with “The Art of Living and Dying” and the Samsara Yoga method from White Wolf Wellness Foundation. Our teaching methodology comes from a combined 26 years of experiential learning, living and sharing the teachings that have impacted our lives in every way, and in many ways saved them.
Stephen and Katherine Winters have owned and operated Samsara Wellness Center, a boutique yoga studio in Bakersfield, California, since April 2016 and founded White Wolf Wellness Foundation, a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization in July 2018 as a way to provide more meaningful instruction within the yoga community and provide a forum for community growth and change through our programs, trainings and initiatives. We have dedicated ourselves to the conscious practice of Living and Dying, so that we may help others at any point along their path. We welcome your application, and are honored to share our life’s practice with you.
