One of my favorite saying is, “Don’t piss down my back and tell me it’s raining”

It means, don’t bullshit me.

In many cases the biggest bullshitter in our lives is the inner saboteur that lives in our own head.

That’s right, its like a horror movie…..the calls are coming from inside the house! 

We can deny, run away or we can stand up, look ourselves straight in the eye and start to change that conversation.

This women circle is going to be about fessing up, to the lies we tell ourselves and naming your inner saboteur. So next time that bitch shows up you can tell her, “Don’t piss down my back and tell me its raining”
